    Biomed’s Carnipure® L-carnitine contains Carnipure® L-carnitine tartrate manufactured by the Swiss Lonza, which is considered the world’s highest quality, purest and most researched, as its exclusive source of carnitine.

    L-carnitine is an amino acid that functions as part of the body’s energy metabolism. Its function in the body is to transport long-chain fatty acids inside the cell to the mitochondria, where the fatty acids are broken down as part of the cell’s energy production.

    The body also produces small amounts of carnitine from lysine and methionine itself. Carnitine is obtained from food, e.g. dairy and meat products.

    However, vegans and vegetarians in particular may be deficient in carnitine. Various challenges of the stomach and intestines may also predispose to carnitine deficiency.

    L-carnitine tartrate preparation

    Dietary supplement
    120 capsules/70 g

    Ingredients
    L-carnitine tartrate Carnipure® (non-EU), rice starch (filler), capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

    Recommended daily dosage:
    1-2 capsules per day

    The recommended daily dose (1-2 capsules) contains:
    250-500 mg of L-carnitine

    If you are breastfeeding, pregnant or taking medication, discuss the use of a dietary supplement with your doctor.

    The declared recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The product must be kept out of the reach of small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
