    Biomed Oy (company ID 0489145-3) sells products to individuals and companies in Finland (and by agreement abroad). Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.  If there are obvious typographical, calculation or data processing errors in the price and other information on the website, Biomed Oy is not obliged to deliver products in accordance with this incorrect information. The customer decides whether they want the delivery with the corrected terms and information.


    The products are ordered on the e-commerce website by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities, and your e-mail address will be added to our newsletter list, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. When ordering from the online store, you are assumed to have read and agreed to the delivery terms in force at the time.


    This online store’s payment processing is carried out by Checkout Finland Oy (company ID 2196606-6) in cooperation with banks and credit institutions.


    Payment via online banking

    The payment service known as Checkout (or OP payment) will forward your payment on to the merchant. You have access to the payment buttons of all known domestic banks. Checkout is a secure payment method. Pursuant to the transitional provision of the Payment Institutions Act, this service is entered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Checkout is a service maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6), currently owned by the OP bank.

    Payment with credit cards

    You can pay in the online store using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. Card payment is carried out securely using NETS’ SSL secured payment form. Neither the online store nor Checkout Finland Oy has access to your card information and payment card information is not stored in any of our systems. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, which are used to verify the cardholder’s identity. The online store utilises the Checkout payment service to process card payments. The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of any legal and other obligations related to the transaction. In the case of payment card payments, the transaction is carried out between the customer and Checkout Finland Oy (2196606-6). Checkout Finland Oy is responsible for any obligations and complaints related to the payment card based payments. Checkout is listed as the payee on the card payment invoice and forwards the payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant.

    Order and payment confirmation

    After receiving a successful order, the online store will send an order confirmation to your email. To receive confirmation messages, you must provide a valid email address when ordering.


    You can see the delivery costs pertaining to your order after selecting your preferred payment and delivery method. You can choose from all available package pick-up points operating in Finland and in some cases delivery directly to your home. We also deliver orders to all other EU countries. Orders are processed by our logistics partner Logitrail Oy.

    Delivery costs

    • The delivery fee for pick-up packages is 4,90 €.
    • When ordering products for at least 89 euros, the delivery fee is 0 €.
    • Home delivery costs 10,15 €.
    • When ordering products for at least 129 euros, the delivery fee is 0 €.
    • Delivery costs to EU countries are 16.90€, regardless of the order quantity.

    Delivery time

    Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Depending on the transport company and delivery address, the order will arrive in Finland, usually on the working day following the day of processing. We process orders on a first-come, first-served basis. The processing speed may be faster or slower than indicated, depending on the working situation in the warehouse. If the order contains products that are not currently in stock, the order will remain waiting for them to arrive in stock. As a rule, the products are not post-delivered. 

    You will receive a confirmation of the processed order by e-mail. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays.

    Exchange and return conditions

    Returns by customer

    As our customer, you always have a 14-day right of return for unopened and unused products. However, please contact our customer service before returning. After receiving permission from our customer service, attach the enclosed form to the return (or write down the info to a blank piece of paper) and return the products free of charge to the Post Office, R-kioski or Matkahuolto office as a customer return. 

    Please note that the recipient of the return shipment must be Logitrail Oy.

    If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must notify the parties mentioned in the exchange and return conditions within 14 days of noting the defect. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately.

    If the dispute concerning the trade agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (

    Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Local Register Office.(
