What is a fatty acid analysis?

Fatty acid analysis measures 20 essential fatty acids, the number and balance of which are important for the overall health of the body. Fatty acid balance is significant in inflammatory and many other diseases. When the levels of different fatty acids in the body are known, nutrition can correct any imbalances.

Omega fatty acids are fats that have a significant impact on health, portion of which are often too small in the diet.  The test examines their number and ratio in the body in the laboratory.

    Selkeä tulosraportti, ja tulokset valmistuivat nopeasti. Toki tulosten tulkintaan vaaditaan asiantuntijan apua. Testi oli muuten helppo tehdä ohjeiden avulla, mutta lansetteja olisi voinut olla enemmän, sillä verta ei meinannut tulla tarpeeksi kahdella.
