Active methyl folate in a well-absorbed liquid form.

Folate is found in nature e.g. in green vegetables such as broccoli, parsley, kale, lettuce and spinach. Vegetables should be consumed raw and as fresh as possible.

The recommended daily dose of 4 drops per day contains:
 Folate (methyl folate) 400 µg (200% *)* of daily intake reference value 

Use instructions:
4 drops a day mixed with water, with food or directly under the tongue.

Ingredients:
Purified water, folate (L-methylfolate), preservative (citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).
