Garlic has been studied a lot and e.g. the 90s were the actual golden age of garlic research. The research has focused on e.g. antioxidativity.
Just 1 capsule a day is enough. The package contains a 3-month dose!

The recommended daily dose of 1 capsule per day contains:
1.2 mg of garlic oil.
Ingredients:
Olive oil, capsule [fish gelatine (humectant (glycerine), water], garlic oil (China).
The package contains a dry solids bag (silica gel, not edible).
