Helppo sekoittaa ruoan sekaan
Uusi suosikkini. Vatkaan aamukahviin kapryyliöljyn kanssa. Oikein odotan heräämistä, sillä yhdistelmä laittaa energiat, ajatukset ja mielikuvituksen liikkeelle. Kävi myös hassusti, että ekan viikon ajan otin tupla-annoksen, muutuin melkein yli-ihmiseksi omasta mielestäni 😀
