Active B-Complex is a liquid combination of vitamins B in their natural forms.
- Vitamins B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 and B12 help reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
- Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), and vitamins B6 and B12 promote normal nervous system function.
Easy to use liquid form. Suitable for people who have difficulty swallowing tablets or capsules, such as children and the elderly, as well as people who have problems with digestive absorption.

Nutritional supplement 40 ml
Use instructions:
1 ml a day mixed with water, with food or directly under the tongue. Shake well before use.
The recommended daily dose of 1 ml per day contains:
Vitamin B1 10 mg (909%*), vitamin B2 1.4 mg (100%*), vitamin B3 / niacin 10 mg (63%*), vitamin B6 10 mg (714%*), vitamin B5 / pantothenic acid 2.3 mg (38%*), vitamin B9 / folate 100 μg (50%*), vitamin B12 10 μg (400%*).
